Tandem-repeat variation
Repeat-associated genetic variation, missing heritability, and pathogenic mechanisms in neuropsychiatric disorders.
Genetics of
neuropsychiatric disorders.
I am a Ph.D. candidate in Medical Genetics at the Center for Medical Genetics & Xiangya Hospital, Central South University.
My research focuses on tandem-repeat variation and the genetic architecture of neuropsychiatric disorders. At the Center for Medical Genetics & Xiangya Hospital, I work with family-based cohorts, whole-genome sequencing, and multi-omics data to study genotype–phenotype associations and their molecular mechanisms.
Tandem repeats, family-based genomics, and molecular mechanisms.
Repeat-associated genetic variation, missing heritability, and pathogenic mechanisms in neuropsychiatric disorders.
Inheritance patterns and genotype–phenotype associations in family-based and cross-population cohorts.
QTL mapping, causal fine-mapping, mediation analysis, and regulatory networks linking genetic variation to molecular phenotypes.
